• Upon cancellation or uninstallation, we provide a 14-day grace period for data recovery

• All personal information and conversation data is permanently deleted 14 days after subscription cancellation
• We recommend exporting your valuable insights before cancellation, as deleted data cannot be recovered

• You can export your conversation data and insights at any time using our export buttons
