Storage Location
- All data is stored on encrypted servers located in Canada through Digital Ocean VPS
- We maintain secure backups of all data with encryption protection
- No data is stored outside of Canada except for temporary processing by our AI partners

Retention Period
- Active account data is retained while your subscription is active
- Upon cancellation or uninstallation, we provide a 14-day grace period for data recovery
Automatic Deletion
- All personal information and conversation data is permanently deleted 14 days after subscription cancellation
- We recommend exporting your valuable insights before cancellation, as deleted data cannot be recovered

- You can export your conversation data and insights at any time using our export buttons
- Exported data is provided in a standard format for your records
